Review our New Guest Experiences, get an understanding of our mission, submit your new guest appointment request, be on the lookout for an email from me leading up to your appointment. This email includes everything you need to know about your visit, service information, pricing, service timing, parking, and hair prep.
Consultation
Appointment day is finally here and I think we both have some butterflies to get to know each other. Before your appointment I've reviewed your service request, and I have fully prepped to give you the hair of your dreams. During your consultation we will discuss every detail, review photos, compare tones, talk hair history, goals, routine and maintenance. We’ll assess your scalp and hair health, create a customized plan, and set ourselves up for success.
During Visit
Beginning every healthy hair journey with our Reset Ritual to remove buildup, restore balance, and prepare your hair for optimal results. While I work my magic behind their chair you will enjoy a treat from our beverage bar, take a moment to smell the flowers, enjoy your time relaxing, chatting or focusing on work. We will execute our vision with clear communication throughout, end every service with a Restorative Infusion Treatment, and an effortlessly elegant style.
Post Visit

Between Visits
I am always here for you, please stay in touch. I will send you a post visit recap from our service, maybe share a few photos, and send you a list of all those products that we talked about!
